Terms & Conditions of Digital Files
The following terms and conditions are applicable to any and all digital files that are purchased from, or shared at no cost, by Concentric Management Systems, Inc.
General
(i) Digital files purchased cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
(ii) If you experience technical difficulty in downloading or accessing a digital file(s), please contact our customer service team for assistance at info@concentricglobal.co.
(iii) If you have purchased a license to download the digital file(s), you are permitted to download the digital file(s) but this license is personal to you, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
(iv) You may reproduce and store portions of the digital file(s) for your personal use.
(v) Full-scale reproduction of the contents of the digital file(s) is expressly prohibited.
(vi) You may not use the digital file(s) on more than one computer system concurrently, make or distribute unauthorized copies of the digital file(s), or use, copy, modify, or transfer the eBook, in whole or in part, unless you receive our express permission.
(vii) If you transfer possession of the digital file(s) to a third party, the licence is automatically terminated.
(viii) Digital files include eBooks, videos, electronic templates and checklist, instructor manuals, student manuals, blogs, podcast or other audio, whitepapers and artwork.
Terms of Use for Purchased or Shared
(i) You are granted the right to download the digital file(s).
(ii) You may print pages of the digital file(s) for your personal use and reference in connection with your work.
(iii) You may create and save bookmarks, highlights and notes as provided by the functionality of the program specific to using the respective digital file(s).
(iv) You agree to protect the digital file(s) from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution.
(v) You further agree not to translate, edit or configure the digital file(s) except to the extent permitted under applicable law.
(vi) A digital file(s) that is purchased from Concentric Global may be stored and shared on a single-site network location as assigned by the purchaser. Digital files are not to be shared outside of the single-site. For example, a single digital download is not licensed for global use for multiple sites (i.e. a global network drive shared with more than one physical location). Multi-site configurations or network distribution of the digital file(s) is expressly prohibited, unless purchased through an enterprise license. Copyright
The entire contents of the digital file(s) are protected by copyright. You may not remove, delete, transmit or create derivative works from any of the digital file(s) content. No part of any digital file(s) may be transmitted in any form by any means or reproduced for any other purpose, without the prior written permission except as permitted in this licence agreement or under applicable law.
Disclaimer
The digital file(s) is/are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied including without limitations, accuracy, omissions, completeness or implied warranties or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose or other incidental damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the digital file(s). You acknowledge that the use of this our digital file(s) is entirely at your own risk. This agreement is governed by the copyright laws of the United States of America and/or the state of South Carolina. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions of Training Services
The following terms and conditions are applicable to open enrollment, also referred to as "public training" or "open training", services provided by Concentric Management Systems, Inc.
Open Enrollment Classes
(i) Registration deadline is 30 days prior to the start of the first day of class, unless otherwise approved by the President of Concentric Management Systems, Inc. To register, complete and return a respective registration form for each student attendee, along with payment no later than 30 days prior to start of the class. This date is critical, as materials for some courses must be given to attendees to study and complete before the course begins. Invoices submitted to an organization on behalf of a student paying via purchase order (PO#) must be paid no later than 30 days from the final day of class. Pre-payment discounts will not be applied to post-class payments.
(ii) Minimum public class size is generally six (6) students. Courses with less than six (6) registered students may be postponed or cancelled at any time, at our discretion. We will make every attempt possible to notify paying students at least 14 days in advance of a cancellation in order to minimize the impact of travel expenses (i.e. airfare, hotel, etc.)
(iii) If a course is cancelled due to insufficient attendance, there will generally be a course scheduled soon thereafter in the same region. There may also be courses scheduled in other nearby regional locations. We will make every reasonable attempt to place you in a scheduled class of your choice, as soon as possible.
(iv) Maximum public class size is generally fifty (50) students. There may be exceptions (i.e. an additional instructor added) as deemed appropriate by the event's Training Coordinator and/or the President of Concentric Management Systems, Inc.
(v) If a course is full, there will generally be a course scheduled soon thereafter in the same region. There may also be courses scheduled in other regional locations. We will make every reasonable attempt to place you in a scheduled class of your choice.
(vi) Substitutions are permitted up to 48 hours before the first day of the service event at no cost. Please let us know as soon as possible in the event of substitution. Registration cancellations must be in writing and received in our office no later than 30 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of class will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
(vii) Registered participants who do not attend or who cancel within 14 days of the first day of class will be liable for the entire fee.
(viii) Unless otherwise specified in writing by the President of Concentric Management Systems, Inc., course credit given to paying students for a open enrollment event will expire at the end of the calendar year in which the original course event was scheduled.
(ix) Students are responsible for making their own travel, hotel and meal arrangements. Recommended local lodging, affiliates with discounted rates (i.e. lodging partners) and other useful information regarding the area in which training is held may be shared with registrants. Students and/or course registrants are ultimately responsible for making their own decisions regarding services such as transport, meal, lodging and other accommodations.
Open Enrollment Classes (Online)
(i) Once you have booked an online course or package the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel any online course or package you will not be entitled to any refund.
(ii) Concentric Management Systems, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to you at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement date. In the event of cancellation by Concentric Management Systems, Inc., you may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative class(es). Nevertheless, Concentric Management Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by you. If a training class is canceled by Concentric Management Systems, Inc. due to any Force Majeure Event, the Customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 12 months of the date of the original class for another class offered by Concentric Management Systems, Inc.
(iii) All intellectual property rights in any training material provided by us are and remain owned by Concentric Management Systems, Inc. In this clause, training material includes any training manual or exercise, or any note made by an attendee during the training session.
Onsite Classes
(i) All on-site prices include training material for up to 6 students, unless specified otherwise in writing (i.e. job-specific proposal). Additional charges may apply for 7 or more students. Final charges will be provided in a formal written proposal.
(ii) Discounts may be available with for most on-site courses based on the following factors:
multiple-students discount (i.e. 5 students vs. 10 students vs. 15 students)
holding the training event onsite (i.e. no cost to us associated with facility rental, etc.)
holding the training event virtually (i.e. no additional time/expense associated with instructor travel)
preferred client discount (i.e. a repeat customer)
(iii) Cancellation that is 31+ days from the first day of the service event will result in a 20% charge plus any incurred costs based on time and material. Cancellation within 30 days of the first day of the service event will result in a 50% charge plus any incurred costs based on time and material.
(iv) Substitutions are permitted up to 48 hours before the first day of the service event at no cost. Please let us know as soon as possible to ensure proper communication.
(v) Registration changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing and verified as received.
General
(i) Registration information is used for the production of a certificate of training, a certificate of attendance, a certificate of successful participation in class requirements and/or a certificate of successful completion of test/quiz/exam requirements. Certificates will be issued using the spelling provided during registration. Correction and issuance of new certificates may result in additional administrative fees.
(ii) Unless otherwise specified in writing prior to services rendered, feedback received from course evaluations, student emails and/or other written student feedback forms, may be used for customer testimonial content.
(iii) Unless otherwise specified in writing (i.e. on a certificate issued, on our website, etc.), Concentric Management Systems, Inc. (the organization) makes no claim of being certified, accredited or registered to any specific standard.
(iv) Unless otherwise specified in writing (i.e. on a certificate issued, on our website, etc.), Concentric Management Systems, Inc. makes no claim of course material or classes being certified, accredited or registered to any specific standard.
(v) Published prices are subject to change periodically without notification.
(vi) If special accommodations are required, such as a physical disability, language constraints (i.e. English is not your primary language), extra time needed for testing, dietary needs, audio/visual needs, etc., you must state your specific need in writing no later than 30 days prior to the start of of the first day of class. Knowledge of your request for special accommodations allows us to make adjustments to the venue, meal plans and/or other accommodations in order to ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants.
(vii) Employees, agents or other contractors of Concentric Management Systems, Inc. are NOT responsible for the services provided by other organizations or service providers.

(i) Persons to apply, agree to the all terms & rules.
(ii) Only one person allowed per unique company location.
(iii) To receive any "prize", you must complete the entire contest according the contest or giveaway rules, including but not limited to taking quizzes, reading material, downloading digital files, passing the final exam, on time and with a passing grade, etc.
(iv) Upon successful completion of rules, you will be given your prize that is expressed in the contest or giveaway.
(v) If expressed in the contest or giveaway rules, provide feedback about your experience as asked by Concentric Management Systems, Inc.
